Acrylic Workshop - Saturday, May 14th, 2016

Bright red poppies were painted by beginners to intermediate on Saturday, May 14th in the Headwaters Art Room, Canal Flats Discovery Center. The class was instructed by local artist, Leslie Cartwright. Participants learned some basic skills as well as some more complicated blending techniques. Each creation was beautiful and unique. 

 We would like to thank the Columbia Basin Trust for the funds that enabled us to provide this workshop and encourage and promote the joy of art in our community. 

Participants came from Cranbrook, Fairmont and Canal Flats.
