FIGURE  DRAWING

On February 23rd, Headwaters Arts held a figure drawing session for resident artists of the valley.  Cathy Parkes was a wonderful instructor and her daughter Stephanie Fitch was a most gracious model. We are very thankful to these ladies for imparting on us their valuable knowledge and experience. We enjoyed the exercises and company over the afternoon, ending with a critique,  mingling over coffee, tea, wine, and goodies. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and look forward to hosting more events like this in the future. Cheers!

9 Artists

On Sunday, November 3rd, 2013, the Headwater's Art Society hosted a figure drawing session. We had 9 people participate in our drawing exercises that day, led by Paula Cravens. We had a great time and plan to hold another figure drawing session in the new year. Watch for upcoming events on our blogspot and in the Canal Flats Newsletter. Cheers!

The Headwater's Art Society would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Paula Cravens,

who is one of our founding members and who has been an integral part of our group.

Paula has recently moved to Radium Hotsprings, B.C. We wish her luck and hope that she

will visit us whenever she can. Continue to create and inspire Paula! Thank you!
